![]() ![]() As a distinguished gull, Jonathan goes back to the clan in a bid to teach them the skill of flying. Jonathan meets this other seagull who shares the same passion of flying with him and they both fly to a place of higher awareness. ![]() He is now a free outcast and he proceeds to train his flying. Jonathan does not conform to the norms and he is expelled from the flock. The flock clan seems to love their passion-less lives and discourages Jonathan who is already fed up with life and he relentlessly keeps pushing. Jonathan is bored with the daily struggles of life and the rules of the flock he expected to conform to. He perseveres in hopes of perfecting this skill. ![]() Jonathan Livingston is committed to flying and despite criticism from his family and friends, his passion does not waiver.
